How can I pay my order?

 

Through PayPal Service which accepts credit or debit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover), bank transfers and bank deposits.

 

Can I pay my order when it gets delivered?

 

We don’t have this kind of service so the order has to be paid before it is shipped.

 

Can I change my way of payment once it has been carried out?

 

Sorry, once the payment has been carried out it cannot be changed.

 

I made my bank deposit/transfer, how can I be sure you get it?

 

As soon as your payment is authorized, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming the AUTHORIZED status of your purchase.

 

My e-mail address has changed, how can I notify you?

 

You can change any personal information from your account by clicking “My account” button on the top of the page and then….

 

Can I cancel an order?

 

To cancel an order, you must send us an e-mail (service@yendart.com) from the e-mail address you had provided to Yendart. Please do it as soon as possible because all orders are immediately prepared and shipped once we receive the payment confirmation.

 

An order can be cancelled as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Once the order is in the Post Service, no cancellations are possible.

 

What can I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

 

If you haven’t received your order after 10 business days, please notify us to service@yendart.com and we will write you back with the information you need about your shipment.
